Case Study: Northside Common Ministries 1

Northside Common Ministries logoNorthside Common Ministries is a non-sectarian, non-profit, community-based organization established in 1982 by a collaboration of 30 local churches to meet the increasing needs of the homeless population. Their work is supported and facilitated by hundreds of volunteers, including members of more than 60 church congregations.

NCM operates the Northside Community Food Pantry, the largest food pantry in Western Pennsylvania which serves 1,000 families every month. The food pantry advisors asked SueCat to help with a short term crowdfund appeal to raise the funds for needed renovations. The goal was $12,000.
